Rates, included services & Mobilcard

  • The prices are for 2 or 4 persons, for each additional person we charge € 20 – € 25 per night.
  • We charge € 18 per day for your four-legged family member.
    Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.
  • The prices apply for a stay of at least 7 nights per apartment; we charge a small fee for short stays.
  • During high season, the minimum stay is 7 nights. Also, in high season arrival and departure take place on Saturday.

Price conditions

Upon request and for an additional fee, we arrange the delivery of fresh bread rolls directly to your apartment door (every day, except Sundays and public holidays). Please place your orders by 6 p.m. the evening before.

Homemade products such as jams and juices (subject to availability).

Should you want to have some laundry washed or dried, we are pleased to do it for a charge of € 5.

The amount of the local tax depends on the local council, € 2.50 per person and night 14-years and above.

Reservation:
We inform you that we ask in advance from our guests a deposit per week as booking confirmation.

Payment:
Please pay in cash on your arrival or with bank transfer.

Arrival:
We expect your arrival from 2 pm onwards. Of course, there is no problem of arriving earlier, but the apartment may not be ready before 2 pm. In case of a delay, we would appreciate a message from you.

Departure:
On your day of departure the apartment should be left within 9 am. In case you need to stay longer, do not hesitate to ask.

Cancellations:
Cancellations according to art. 1382 civil code.

  • We calculate the advanced payment as charge.
  • For cancellations between 60 days and 30 days before the agreed day of arrival we calculate 50% from the total price.
  • Cancellations within the last 30 days before start – 100% of the total price will be charged.
  • Without cancellation the guest must be pay 100% of the total price.

Please inform us in time if you cannot start your holiday.
