Prices :

For every extra person we charge € 20 per night.

For your four-legged family member we charge € 18 per night .

Please bring a basket or a blanket for your beloved animal.

Our offers are calculated individually according to the season and number of people.

Price conditions

All prices are quoted for a min. stay of 7 nights per apartment. For short stays we charge a small surcharge.

The price includes: bed linen, towels and bath towels, tea towels, full equipped kitchen, TV and radio, electricity and heating, WLAN, bread service, use of the playground for children, children’s equipment (cot, child’s seat, child carrier backpack ), parking lot and ski depot.

Should you want to have some laundry washed or dried, we are pleased to do it for a charge of € 5.

NEW: Mobilcard (guest card free of charge)

During your stay in one of the villages Kastelruth, Seis, Völs am Schlern and Tiers am Rosengarten every guest receives the Alpe di Siusi Holiday Area Live Client Card, free of charge, providing a single-ticket access to all types of public transport, such as train or bus.

The following services are included:

• shuttle bus services of the Alpe di Siusi holiday area (except bus routes 10 and 11)
• regional and local trains from Brennero as far as Trento and from Malles to San Candido
• bus services throughout the province (town, suburban and city buses)
• the Renon, Maranza, San Genesio, Meltina and Verano cable cars
• the narrow track Renon railway and the Mendola cable railway
• a return trip between Malles and Zernez on a Swiss Postbus service
• discount on Combi Card, Nordic Pass and Seiser Alm Card Gold

The Card is valid for 7 days. Guests, who have booked a longer stay, receive a second card after 7 days.

The tickets are personal and non-transferable and need to be voided each time you travel.

The amount of the local tax depends on the local council, e.g. 2024 € 2.50 per person and night 14-years and above).

In the beginning of 2014 the local tax was introduced in order to facilitate the maintenance of the infrastructures and services as well as the organization of cultural and sportive events. The local tax is to be paid by the end of the holiday and the costs are shown extra on the customer’s bill.

Reservation: We inform you that we ask in advance from our guests a deposit of 200 euro per week as booking confirmation.

Payment: Please pay in cash on your arrival or with bank transfer.

Arrival and departure conditions

Arrival: We expect your arrival from 2 pm onwards. Of course, there is no problem of arriving earlier, but the apartment may not be ready before 2 pm. In case of a delay, we would appreciate a message from you.

Departure: On your day of departure the apartment should be left within 9 am. In case you need to stay longer, do not hesitate to ask.

Cancellations

Cancellations according to art. 1382 civil code

According to this law there is no right to a withdrawal, however you can cancel your holiday not later than 30 days before your arrival without and cancellation fees.

In case the booking is not cancelled within the above mentioned period, the full price of the holiday has to be paid. In case of an earlier departure or later arrival, the full price is paid for the regular service and 100% for the not taken service.

Please inform us in time if you cannot start your holiday.

Limitations of liability

We make efforts to inform you correctly on this website. Still we do not take any responsibility for the up-to-dateness, correctness and completeness of the information. We claim the right to change or complement the information without previous notification. The booking offer and the booking confirmation are binding. We assume no liability for any extern links, although we try to control them on a regular basis. For the content of linked pages only the direct operator can be held responsible.
